Found under Settings > Audit Logs in your SDX portal, this new feature provides a complete, chronological answer to "who did what, and when?" It’s the digital security camera for your entire platform, capturing every important event to give you unparalleled visibility and control.

What makes our Audit Logs truly powerful is that they track actions from all three types of actors in our ecosystem. In the portal, you’ll see each event clearly tagged:

1. User Actions
This is the foundation of any audit trail. See exactly which team member created, updated, or deleted a resource. Whether it's a junior admin modifying a setting or a senior engineer deploying a new policy, you’ll have a clear record of their actions.

2. AI Actions
As our agentic AI and workflows begin to perform tasks on your behalf, you need to trust but verify. Our Audit Logs provide a complete trail of actions taken by AI agents using a user's credentials. If an AI-driven optimization adjusts a network policy, you'll see a record of it, tagged as an AI action, giving you full transparency into automated decision-making.

3. Workflow Actions

You can filter your logs by any combination of factors:

Date Range: Investigate an incident that happened last Tuesday between 2:00 and 3:00 PM.

User: Trace every action taken by a specific team member.

Action Type: Show me only DELETE operations.

Outcome: Find all failed API calls (4xx or 5xx status codes).

Free-Text Search: Instantly find any log containing a specific IP address, endpoint, or keyword like "firewall."
