I am onboarded!

In the past, I often got so caught up in the game that I never really made time to tell our story or document the journey. I decided with Altostrat that it'll be different. On that note, I set up this questionnaire that all new team members will have to complete. I'll go first!

How did you first get into your field?

When I was 14, I bought this AMD K6 from a friend. After about 7 months of tinkering with AT strings, one glorious morning I managed to dial up to the internet, and got a blue screen 4 minutes later. That was it for me. I was so enchanted by the possibilities that I left school the next year at the age of 15.

What motivated you to join Altostrat?

Doing something that makes a global impact has always inspired me. I believe that we can make the Internet a safer place.

Where do you find inspiration?

I am not sure; it's perpetual. If I'm not doing deep work, I dream and imagine things. I would say my biggest driver is a challenge that will stretch me to my limits.

If you weren't in your current role/field, what alternative career path might you have pursued?

If there was something else I wanted to do, I wouldn't be here.

What's one of your favorite productivity tools or apps right now, and why?

What's a favorite place you've visited or dream of visiting?

There is something special about a nice sunny winter's morning for me.

What's one piece of advice you'd give to someone ambitious in your field?

You can make money; you can't make time. Don't waste it.
